Rental Policies

Reservations can be made by calling (231) 843-9320 or toll free (800) 358-2402. A credit card is required to reserve your room. We do accept major credit cards. To be courteous to other renters, there is a 3 day cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are need to cancel your reservation.

Boat and Trailer Parking
Many of our renters travel with boats, trailers and campers, we have many parking spots that can accommodate. Please be courteous of other guests when parking your larger vehicles.

Pets
Sorry NO Pets Allowed Please!

Non-smoking Rooms
All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. There will be a charge to your room if this policy is violated.

Rollaway and Crib Beds
Sorry, we do not have additional rollaways or cribs beds available for renters.

Fridges and Freezers
We have a fish freezer in our sitting area for guests to store their catch of the day during their stay. Packaged fish are not allowed in the room fridges or freezers. Please make sure your fish are packaged and labeled properly in the fish freezer.
